  • What’s next after signup?
    As soon as possible after signup, you need to schedule a Kickoff Discovery Call (a link has also been emailed to you), where we will determine the best protocol for you based on your current health and goals, and how many months is right to accomplish them. After the call, and without delay, we'll set up your account, your calendar and your journal and calculate your dosages for the products you’ll be taking. We'll then order your products within 48 hours of your Discovery Call. Lastly, barring any bizarre circumstances – like arctic blizzards dipping into the lower 48 – delivery of products to you takes up to two weeks. SCHEDULE A DISCOVERY CALL NOW
  • How did you select the protocol you use at Hansa.life?
    We selected this protocol for a number of reasons... it targets a much wider variety of parasites (a huge number) it is timed around the new and full moons (when parasite activity is significantly increased) it is maintained over a number of months until no signs of parasites remain it incorporates regular intervals of cleansing and flushing (to avoid buildup of parasite remains in the tissues) it includes a maintenance protocol it has modified versions for cancer, anti-viral and Lyme Disease And not to mention, we and many others are finding success with it for a wide variety of disorders.
  • What kind of protocols are there?
    There are 5: Standard (for nearly everything and preventative cleansing – we call this the Parasite Reset) Cancer Anti-Viral Lyme Disease Maintenance
  • How long does a protocol last?
    It depends upon your health, your needs and your goals. The minimum length is 3 months, the Standard Protocol (The Reset) is 6-7 months. When to end is determined by the lack of parasite evidence and Herxheimer Reaction symptoms, and, of course if you are combatting a specific issue, then the elimination of your symptoms. Maintenance is 1 month.
  • What are people referring to regarding the Full Moon?
    Ideally, one is encouraged to start their protocol 2 days before either a FULL or a NEW moon to maximize the effectiveness of the protocol. This is because many parasites are most active (feeding) around the full and new moons, so, it is best to target them at these times. Moon phases do not apply to the Anti-viral and Lyme protocols. Where it applies, the protocols are specifically designed to take maximum advantage of the new and full moons.
  • What should I do in the future for maintenance?
    Again, every case is different. Your lifestyle, as well as your health situation both play a role in deciding a good maintenance schedule. Ultimately, it’s up to you how frequently you do maintenance, but in general, doing a maintenance cleanse month every 3-6 months is recommended. If you are/were battling cancer, then you may want to be more aggressive and we will gladly discuss this with you.
  • Can I access my account on my phone?
    A good portion of the site is mobile friendly, but unfortunately, the private user pages are not... yet. For the moment, the only way to effectively interact with your Hansa.life account is on either a desktop, laptop or tablet. Getting mobile-friendly user sections up and running is a priority and will be available shortly. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. We'll also be adding text-message notifications of your daily schedule, to supplement the daily emails.
  • What will I be taking?
    Most of our protocols involve from 2 – 5 anti-parasitic, plus a short list of supplements/products specifically chosen to pull die-off out of your tissues and flush it out, plus others that build gut health, boost immune system and reduce inflammation (these are supplements people should be taking all the time, regardless of their health or parasite situation.)
  • How will I feel during my cleanse?
    This varies from person to person. How you'll feel through the process will change over time and is highly dependent upon: your current health the health of your gut the type of parasites you have how prolific they are your diet, and your level of activity/exercise ... among other things. As parasites die off, you'll likely experience some level of Herxheimer Reaction (herx) – see the question immediately below.
  • What is a Herxheimer Reaction (herx)?
    As parasites die off, you'll likely experience some level of Herxheimer Reaction (herx). Your specific symptoms and their severity will vary over time and may be different than the symptoms of others. Some people have very little herx, and there are things you can do to minimize them.
  • What are common Herx Symptoms and how can I reduce them?
    fatigue headache flu-like symptoms sore joints skin flush / redness itching diarrhea nausea Many of the symptoms can be reduced by taking an anti-histamine (allergy medication). Hansa.life subscribers are coached on how to minimize herx symptoms and if they are too severe, it's OK, that's a sign that we need to back off on your cleansing a bit to allow your body to adjust and catch up. No matter what, Herxheimer Reaction is temporary.
  • Do I need to follow a particular diet while cleansing?
    No, not really, but there are things you can do to promote its effectiveness and to ensure you feel as good as possible during your cleanse. The following list establishes a great starting point for a good diet and lifestyle that will support the best outcome of your cleanse: adequate hydration (w/ clean un-fluoridated water, if possible). MINIMUM: half your body weight in ounces per day, more if you are overweight complete nutrition – balanced diet plenty of fiber from your food clean food / as much organic as possible (especially the dirty dozen and all animal-derived products) no sodas, no diet sodas, no juice ideally, no alcohol, but just a little is OK if necessary avoiding processed food, fried foods, fast foods and refined sugars keeping carbs to a minimum something fermented a few times a week to every day add a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar to a glass of water daily good sleep in a dark room regular exercise, even if it's just a brisk daily walk
  • How do I figure out my dosages for everything?
    No worries there. When we set up your account and your calendar, all the dosages for all the products you will take are calculated and are displayed on your Daily Program Calendar (on the website behind your login). They are also displayed in the daily email you will receive that contains that day’s schedule. IMPORTANT NOTE about your dosages: Any reference to personal dosages found on the website, in your daily schedule emails or published in the course of administering the Hansa.Life service are based on the strengths of specific products & brands listed in your products page. If you choose to use products/brands OTHER THAN those listed in your product list, the strengths may vary and you will need to assure that you are taking the appropriate dosages. We will help you with this if you need assistance.
  • How do I measure my Ivermectin paste?
    Ivermectin (IVM) is dosed according to your weight and the product comes in a syringe-like dispenser. The entire dispenser full is enough IVM for 1,250 LBs of weight. The plunger is marked with 250 LB increments, with 50 LB notches between each. Sounds complicated, but it doesn't have to be. First of all, when calculating how much to dispense for one dose, round your weight in LBs up to the nearest 50 LBs. For example... If you weigh between: 101-150 lbs ---> dispense enough for 150 lbs 151-200 lbs ---> dispense enough for 200 lbs 201-250 lbs ---> dispense enough for 250 lbs 251-300 lbs ---> dispense enough for 300 lbs 301-350 lbs ---> dispense enough for 350 lbs 351-400 lbs ---> dispense enough for 400 lbs etc. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is better to get a little too much rather than not enough for your weight (but don't go overboard). If you get too little for too long, you run the risk of the parasites targeted by IVM developing a resistance to it. BEST PRACTICE: Use this method below to dispense a single dosage for yourself...   • How did you choose the specific products that are used in the protocols?
    We have selected the products we use for two reasons: the anti-parasitics are the recommended products by the creators of the protocols we use and we trust them. the supplements have been chosen for their quality, how clean they are, the reputations of the manufacturers and the personal experience of us here at Hansa.life. If you still want to stray, let us know and we can help assure that you have the right dosages for your products - this is VERY IMPORTANT.
  • What happens if I miss a day or two?
    Missing a day or two here and there is not critical and is to be expected – life happens. We have included a feature in our system that allows you to insert skip days into your calendar. This will automatically push the remainder of your protocol days back on the calendar, so you won’t need to remember anything or do any calculating. Skip days will be displayed on your calendar. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you find you are going to miss 7 or more days, you should contact us to determine if it is best to wait a bit longer to resume your cleanse To insert skip days, go to the Insert Skip Days page (you may be prompted to log in first)
  • How often do I need to buy products and how much?
    Whether we shop for you or you are shopping for yourself, we recommend purchasing everything you need for your entire cleanse at once for three specific reasons: (1) Investing in your entire protocol at the beginning will encourage you to stick with it, (2) to avoid price increases, and (3) to avoid gaps in your schedule. Parasite cleanses are becoming very popular and both the manufacturers and the retailers of the anti-parasitics we use can sometimes get overwhelmed causing delays in fulfillment. Best to just stock up right at the beginning and avoid any hassles or undesired surprises. If this is not possible, then at the very minimum we recommend purchasing a minimumof 2 months of all your products at a time. How much should you buy? If we’re shopping, we have that covered for you. If you’re shopping, then just refer to the shopping list we provided. On it we tell you how much you need of everything per month
  • Can I run out of products? And if so, what can I do about it?
    We try to always have on hand a small inventory of the anti-parasitics and a select few of the most important supplements that we can get to you with expedited shipping to cover any gaps – emergency products and shipping are billed separately from your monthly subscription. Basic Plan subscribers shopping for themselves: if you follow the shopping list we sent you and mind the dosages for your plan, you should not run out. Basic+ and Premium Plan subscribers: Although we'll be shopping for you, we recommend getting no less than 2 months of products at one time. However, sometimes the unexpected happens, so we have a small inventory of the anti-parasitics and a few of the most important supplements that we can provide and send expedited shipping
  • Can I extend my cleanse?
    Yes. Especially if you have followed the Cancer, Anti-Viral or Lyme protocol, it may be advised to do it more than once. Every case is different and we encourage you to discuss your situation with us. Generally, it is recommended to continue your INITIAL cleanse until you no longer show any signs of parasites and/or Herxheimer symptoms, then move on to a “cleanup” month.
  • Can I change my protocol or the number of months after I have started?
    Yes. Contact us to make these types of changes.
  • What are Skip Days?

  • What should I log in the journal?
    The point of the journal is to track your progress and challenges, and also to indicate when you are finished cleansing. On occasion, a protocol needs to be adjusted until your body is used to a new routine. Also, to some degree your body will experience some Herxheimer Reaction. This is normal and varies from person to person. Journaling helps us identify your symptoms, when they typically occur, relative to your cleansing schedule, and when they are finished. The journal asks the most pertinent questions that you simply need to answer. There is also a place for you to keep notes for yourself and document your experience. When you are finished, we will gladly export your journal and send it to you in an electronic file, if you like. Just let us know.
  • Can I export my journal after I am finished?
    Yes! Just contact us and we'll export your journal and send you the file in CSV or Excel format.
  • How am I charged?
    All subscriptions are automatically billed on a month-to-month basis for the duration of your cleanse. Billing takes place every 30 days after the initial signup date and is charged to the payment method currently stored in your account. You can change your billing method by logging on to your account and going to MY WALLET.
  • Do I need to cancel my membership when my cleanse is complete?
    No. Your monthly billing will automatically stop when your calendar ends.
  • How do I cancel my membership before it ends?
    Cancelations must be received in writing, via email to: support@hansa.life. Please include your full name, your login email address and that you are requesting to cancel your membership. Cancellations must be received AT LEAST 10 days before the next billing cycle to avoid an additional month’s charge.
